The team at Curvo work with Founders who want time to work on their business rather than just in their business.

We are best described as a Pragmatic bunch, using logical systems and models to produce tangible results. We have a proven track record of working with Founders to create structures that provide the required controls and therefore freeing up time to focus on growth.
We provide Consultancy to design and optimise:

  • Organisational Structure
  • Sales Structure
  • Operational Structure

The team can also provide Interim Leadership to achieve the required support and structure  whilst searching for key team members.

Chris Brooks

DSC_0368 v4I have worked with a range of growth focussed data and technology led businesses and have done so for over 20 years. I have a strong sales and marketing background, working in sales organisations with £50m+ turnover and  gaining valuable general management experience as MD of a £4m T/o software business. As a Consultant with Curvo I work with Founder/CEO’s to help create structures and process to significantly improve the business’s chance of scaling successfully.

When not working you will find me spending time with my family walking and hiking in mountainous regions, running, enjoying good food and travelling to places where ideally I can combine all of these things in one place !  I also follow Sale Sharks, England RUFC and Manchester United.

Rachel Brooks

Rachel BrooksMy career spans 20 years and I have experience of working within both established and start up companies. In the past I have been responsible for the management of complex major projects, revenue streams of up to £43m and full management accountability for 500+ staff. In recent years I have worked with a large number of  franchise companies helping founder/owners create scalable operational platforms from which they can grow their businesses.

When not working you will find me pounding the pavements of Cheshire preparing for half marathons and 10k runs. Simple challenges compared to living in a house full of men !
